VPI water based type 165 acrylic single part adhesive is a easy to use and reliable. It’s recommended for use with the both VPI Conductile and VPI Statmate esd tiles. This conductive adhesive bridges the gap between the esd tiles allowing the static charge to migrate between the tiles and dissipate to a ground point. VPI type 165 is recommended d for use on Above Grade concrete, suspended concrete, plywood (details apply). The recommended trowel size is 1/16” x 1/16” square notch trowel with 1/16” flats. Allow at least 24 hours for the adhesive to cure before allowing foot traffic on the flooring. Do not water wash the flooring for at least a week after application Typical coverage is 150 square feet per gallon. VPI type 165 adhesive contains no VOC. Always follow the manufacturers recommended application process clearly defined on each pail. This product is available in gallon containers and 4 gallon pails.
