These products are designed to seal the ElectraGuard Floor Paint. Sealing the ElectraGuard dramatically improves the wear and scuff mark resistance while providing a high tech shine and luster to the ElectraGuard. The normal process is to apply 2 to 3 coats of ElectraGuard followed by 2 thin coats of ElectraThane and 1 thin coat of ElectraGlaze. ElectraThane is much tougher than ElectraGlaze but doesn't polish well with a high speed buffer. ElectraThane doesn't respond to floor wax strippers. ElectraGlaze is a conductive floor finish. It responds well to wax strippers and is very scuff resistant. Scuff marks can generally be polished off of the coating with a high speed floor buffing machine equipped with a white or champagne colored pad.
