ESD Floor finish is applied to ESD flooring to provide a static dissipative sacrificial scuff resistant coating. The addition of one or two very thin coats of our ESD floor finishes to ESD tiles slightly raises the insulative properties but not enough to pull the floor out of specification. The trade-off is often worth the reduction in scuff marks and ease of maintenance. Typical coverage of our ESD floor finish is 1,500 square feet per gallon per coat.
