ElectraFlow® HDH-030 ESD Bench Top Ionizer with Comfort Heater is a robust and versatile unit that provides a wide plane of ionized air to control static electricity. This powerful yet easily controllable ionized air stream is PERFECT for electronic assembly and removing the final traces of static from insulative objects and sub assemblies. Excellent for other manufacturing environments such as plastic sheet and vacuum forming operations and more.

The unit is typically placed on a work bench. When it is turned on, high voltage emitter pins inside the enclosure generate a substantial volume of balanced negative and positive ions. A Vertical fan pushes this balanced ionized air stream across the item that has an electrostatic charge thus rendering it static free. The HDH-030 is fully warranted to meet THE latest ANSI ESD S20.20 standards, requires minimal maintenance and is a quality build that holds up to the most rigorous of demands.
