Unlike most ESD Mats ElectraTherm is heat resistant and a perfect choice for use around soldering irons and other heat sources. ElectraTherm ESD table top matting utilizes a proprietary 2 layer construction of a static dissipative top layer bonded to an electrically static conductive bottom layer. This unique configuration provides years worth of effective, reliable, fast yet COMPLIANT removal of static electricity from the technician. ElectraTherm works great with our constant bench top monitors! Meets stringent recommendations for the Military and ANSI ESD S20.20 - 2014 standards. It's RoHS compliant, chemical resistant and features permanent non humidity dependant electrical conductivity.

We've tested it's ability to handle heat by immersing in a soldering pot containing liquid solder. After a brief bath we've pulled the mat out, shook off the solder and flux and tested the mat for structural integrity and electrical conductivity. Results NO Effect!
